🔒 Non-Custodial Service

NatPePes is a fully non-custodial platform. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds, private keys, or seed phrases at any point.

All wallet data is generated locally within your browser and encrypted using AES-GCM encryption. Your credentials are processed entirely on your device and are never transmitted to any server.

📈 Blockchain Transactions

Every transaction executed through NatPePes is recorded on the Dogecoin blockchain. These records are:

  • Immutable — once confirmed, transactions cannot be altered or reversed.
  • Public — anyone can view transaction history on the blockchain.
  • Irreversible — there is no chargeback or undo mechanism.

Always verify addresses and transaction details before confirming any action.

💾 Local Data & No Server Storage

We do not store any personal information, wallet data, or transaction history on our servers. Your encrypted wallet data lives only in your browser's local storage.

  • Clearing your browser data may remove your wallet — always back up your seed phrase.
  • We do not collect emails, names, IP addresses, or any personally identifiable information.
  • All application logic runs client-side within your browser.

⚠️ User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet. This includes:

  • Seed phrase — Store your 12-word recovery phrase in a safe, offline location. Anyone with your seed phrase has full control over your assets.
  • Password — Choose a strong password to encrypt your wallet. If you forget your password, your wallet cannot be recovered without the seed phrase.
  • Private keys — Never share your WIF private key or seed phrase with anyone.

NatPePe transactions are irreversible. If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot restore it for you.

🛒 Marketplace Terms

When you list, buy, or transfer assets through the NatPePes marketplace:

  • You confirm that you own the wallet signing the transaction.
  • Listings are binding — a listed item can be purchased by any user at any time.
  • Marketplace fees (2.5%) are deducted automatically from each sale.
  • Network fees are paid by the buyer for purchases; transfer fees are paid by the sender.
  • All sales are final — there are no refunds or dispute resolution mechanisms.

🔐 Security Practices

  • Wallet encryption.
  • All cryptographic operations execute within the Web Crypto API — no external libraries handle your keys.
  • Transaction signing happens locally via PSBT (Partially Signed Bitcoin Transaction) format.
